What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is a mentoring, spiritual, and holistic CEO entrepreneurs community.
Tell us about yourself
I started my first business when I was working with my husband as the CEO of our Landscaping Business (Arocho Landscaping). After we reached our 1st million, I started working on myself and making changes to my life from the inside out because even if I had a successful company, I realized I was not happy, so the change began, and I realized there are many people that need support to find the best way to reach their goals personally and professionally, especially business owners for all the experience I got from my business what motivates me to continue mentoring, guiding or just being the connection is to help other people that think starting a business is easy and are not aware of the challenges of starting a business I want to help them learn that systematizing and optimizing align with their life purposes they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is being able to give others the strategies and systems that I used to make my company successful and see how others are successful and able to make their dreams come true.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
My biggest challenge had been being able to discern that not all money is good money and that I was not running the race of the life of the American Dream; instead, I was living a life with a purpose.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Set a Vision.
- Identify your life purpose.
