What's your business, and who are your customers?

We’re sales, marketing, and revenue operations specialists. We utilize technology to help businesses (clients) make more money with less. We do this by helping consolidate, increase productivity with systems, and scale efficiently. We help subdivided organizations peel back and focus on serving the customer as efficiently as possible.

Tell us about yourself

I got started because I saw how certain tech companies were growing and became fascinated with the technology that allows companies to market and communicate so effortlessly with their customers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Tough to say, there’s been so many.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Persistence. Things don’t always go as planned, but you must keep going. Another thing is contracts. Don’t do stuff without protecting yourself, or you’ll be walked all over, and your kindness will not be rewarded when it comes to making companies money. What’s rewarded is asking to be paid in full and on time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get your agreements in order first.
  2. Don’t hesitate or wait until your offer is perfect, service is perfect, or anything’s perfect - instead, focus on the customers’ needs and how you can solve the problem and get paid for it.
  3. Make sure not to over-extend yourself, know the parameters of the work you can and can’t do, and say so. Don’t try to get the sale by making promises you won’t be able to for sure deliver on. It’s better to avoid the deal than to promise something and not fulfill it.
