Tell us about yourself

As a professional international speaker and trainer, I have worked with over 50,000 individuals to grow their speaking and coaching businesses over the past fifteen years. I have spoken to crowds as large as 35,000 in India. I had used speaking to build a thriving coaching and training company, so I wanted to help others do the same without making the mistakes I did when I first started speaking professionally. The biggest challenge that most speakers face is not knowing how to position themselves and their products to build their client list.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is seeing a struggling business owner who is unfocused and distracted take one of my courses and watch them get focused and turn their business around and become profitable using my system.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is not being able to do more in the world. I love helping businesses thrive and grow; I'm challenged only by the ability to reach more that need my services. While I have trained over 50,000 clients over the years, I feel that I can do more to help.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Set your focus- determine where you should be spending your time, energy, and resources.
  2. Set clear priorities for how you spend your time, energy, and resources daily to avoid becoming overwhelmed and burned out.
  3. Reward yourself and your team for the small victories, not only the big wins. In business, there is no such thing as failure because we learn from our mistakes.
