What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our company is called Morph Method. We cater to men and women over 40 looking to optimize their health and mindset. We want to get you at your best from the inside out to build ultimate sustainability and longevity that can last well into your later years.

Tell us about yourself

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and my fiancée for 15 years. We both share the desire to help people, and we want to build something holistic and results-oriented. Thus, The Morph Method was born and is the culmination of all of our training, coaching, & learning.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being in business for as long as we have on our own is an accomplishment. The fact that we love to do what we do is icing on the cake.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

You have to ride through the ups and downs and adapt accordingly.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have an income coming in while you are building your dream. It takes capital.
  2. Start small and establish proof of concept before expanding.
  3. Research your industry and find your niche.
