What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am an adoption coach. I teach people how to adopt and help them create/share their adoption profiles so that they can match with expectant parents faster.
Tell us about yourself
I am an adoptive mom who struggled to know what to do during my adoption journey, and I didn't want that to be the case for others. So, I started sharing the step-by-step process to adopt and leveraging my 25+ years in corporate marketing to help people tell their stories.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping form a few thousand families through adoption.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Time, there simply isn't enough of it every day.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be clear about what motivates you.
- Be clear on what your goals are that tie back to your motivation.
- Take action every day, just one step at a time.
