What's your business, and who are your customers?

Hello! I'm Dr. Amanda Barrientez - known as "The Money Healer," - and I'm the founder of NFA - No Fucking Around - Money. I recently published an internationally bestselling book called, "I Am A Money Magnet: The Top 30 Money Making AffrirMantras to Manifest More." I'm also a professional speaker, the host of The Woman Entrepreneur Podcast, and the NFA Money YouTube Channel. I've been featured on over 150 podcasts, sharing tips on how to uplevel your money mindset to manifest easier money in your business.

Tell us about yourself

After going from food stamps to building a 6-figure business fast, it has become my inspired mission to help other entrepreneurs heal their relationship with money so they can feel good about scaling their businesses from what I call their "Zone of Manifestation™." This is when you feel in flow - delegating away what you don't enjoy doing; nonstop leads are coming your way because you have a clear brand identity. You are making more and more money every year. I absolutely love teaching entrepreneurs the practical art and science of money manifesting!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

So far, my biggest accomplishment has been going from food stamps to 6-figures fast. I am grateful that my company is growing year after year (so much that my husband just quit his c-suite job to come work with my company full time!). I look forward to scaling to 7 figures by running NFA Money Breakthroughs Workshops and my NFA Money Mama Mastermind, traveling to speak, writing books, and continuing to create content that helps people feel deep down good about making money by doing what they enjoy. There is truly nothing better than when I receive a message from someone in my community saying, "You've helped me double my income AND feel better, every day!"

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Patience! As a go-getter who wants immediate results, one of the biggest challenges I'm learning to overcome is being patient. In my first year of business, I worked HARD! I pushed and felt stressed (most of the time!). Then, I learned about manifesting and how impatience causes resistance, which makes your growth slow down. So, I implemented meditation and added time off to my calendar. It's been amazing to watch my business scale more easily, the more relaxed and in flow I feel. Now my favorite NFA Money AffirMantra is: WORK LESS, MAKE MORE, HAVE FUN. This keeps me remembering to stay relaxed and enjoy the journey of entrepreneurship.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Learn everything you can about money mindset and manifestation. This will make your process SO MUCH EASIER!
  2. First thing every day - get aligned! Your "state of being" is what attracts opportunities your way easily. So, before you get into action in the morning, do what it takes to uplevel your vibe.
  3. Drop, automate, and delegate everything you don't enjoy doing (as fast as possible!). When you discover and do only what's in your Zone of Genius, you become a money magnet. This creates a high-joy vibe, which causes work to feel like play. Then, the business-building journey creates a lifestyle that feels good, everything gets easy, AND you bring in the big bucks.
