What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Registered Dietitian and Fitness instructor that helps you create a healthy lifestyle. Those looking to improve their healthy lifestyle with nutrition and fitness are my customers.
Tell us about yourself
I have a passion for all things Fitness & Nutrition! I am the owner of NK Fitness and Nutrition, LLC, and a Registered Dietitian. I am also an adjunct professor leading Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle courses. I am a Licensed Dietitian in Ohio and Georgia. I instruct dance and nutrition classes for fitness centers and worksite wellness programs. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from The University of Southern California. I love helping my clients reach their fitness and nutrition goals!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Connecting with so many amazing clients and companies all over the world. I’ve helped those manage and prevent chronic diseases.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing everything yourself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
