Tell us about yourself

The dream began 14 years ago. As most businesses start, I was unhappy with my current work situation and wanted to do better. I love what I do. Everyone I work with is a gift. We have the best team in the world, which makes it all very easy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Surviving all of the closures during through pandemic. Not all small businesses were that fortunate.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Time. It's never really your own. When someone needs something, or something happens, you need to be prepared to step in.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Plan plan plan. A dream is great, but a plan is better.
  2. Ask for help. If you don't know something, ask someone who does.
  3. Listen to your staff. Be prepared to grow. The job is to get it right, not to be right.
