Progress Wellness, my online platform, and the release of my first book, "Chaotic to Clearheaded," offers a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Our clients range from individuals struggling with anxiety and stress to those seeking strategies for personal development and well-balanced living. We extend our reach through the website by offering online courses, workshops, and resources like templates.

My background in clinical social work and my passion for mental health advocacy drove me to create Progress Wellness and The site was born out of a desire to provide accessible, practical tools and insights for anyone navigating the complexities of mental health. What motivates me daily is the opportunity to empower individuals through both direct therapy and self-guided resources, creating resilience and wellness in a community that extends beyond the walls of a traditional therapy office.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Beyond establishing Progress Wellness, developing into a comprehensive mental health and wellness resource, and authoring my first book, "Chaotic to Clearheaded," have been significant achievements. The platform's growth, including the launch of online courses and downloadable templates, along with the book's publication, has allowed me to touch the lives of countless individuals globally.

It is deeply fulfilling to see people engage with these resources, apply them in their daily lives, and share their stories of progress. Whether through digital content or the pages of my book, it shows the power of combining professional expertise with accessible resources to foster mental health and wellness.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Expanding the business to include an online platform like introduced new challenges, from creating engaging and compelling digital content to navigating the technical aspects of running an online platform. Balancing these responsibilities with the day-to-day management of a therapy practice requires constant learning and adaptation. However, these challenges drive innovation and growth, personally and professionally.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, embrace the digital landscape. Online platforms and digital resources can significantly extend your reach and impact. Second, focus on creating value through quality content and services that address your audience's needs. Authenticity and expertise will always resonate with people. Last, be adaptable.
