I own Yoga & Fitness at The Post in Moore, Oklahoma. We instruct yoga classes at The Post for all levels and abilities. Our classes range from classes for complete relaxation to classes that will increase your heart rate and build strength.

I'm an intuitive teacher who grew into living my yoga by practicing, teaching thousands of students for over 27 years, training yoga teachers, and running a yoga studio for almost 20 years. Yoga found me in my mid-thirties during a difficult time in my life.
