We are a free service to families helping to educate them and to give them information to make the best possible decisions.
What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?
Adult care advisors was started 12 years ago when my dad was hospitalized then needed rehab, then a home health aide and then assisted living. I wished there was someone to guide me, advise me, and just a hand to hold while making these difficult decisions.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Seeing a family through from start to finish and being there to support them through this process.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?
Unfortunately when a loved one does not survive and dealing with the family grieving through their loss.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Always be honest
- Put yourself in others shoes
- Treat people the way you want to be treated
If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?
Marketing to meet as many people as possible.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?
Always exercise, I am a tennis player so try and play 5 days a week.

Follow your dreams and always smile.
