What's your business, and who are your customers?

We produce a family-formulated Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Crusts & Gluten Free Vegan crusts, and outstanding Gluten Free plant-based toppings. Our customers are anyone who may have Celiacs disease or anyone Gluten Intolerant & who chooses to eat healthier better for products.

Tell us about yourself

I first started doing this when I was consulting for a frozen pizza company around 4 years ago and saw that there was a need to fulfill which is to eat a better, healthier diet and that there were consumers who couldn’t enjoy the greatest food product on earth! Pizza.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our biggest accomplishment was getting our GF Cauliflower Pizza crusts & our Gluten Free Vegan pizza crusts & Toppings into mass distribution through Roma Foods and Sysco in Fla.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things to do is never run out of product. We always need to work with projections and analyze a perfect production program.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The number 1 thing would be to come up with an item that is in need in the market. I would say come up with a catchy brand name & always make sure you never stop or get frustrated. Always keep going and make things happen.
