Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Vicky Daniels, a leadership coach located in Lommel, Belgium.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

It's my business to reconnect female entrepreneurs with a Rebel Heart Soul who are here to change the game to their natural way of creating so they can gracefully realize their wildest dreams. This magical method balances out the masculine and feminine energy we carry. An equal amount of doing and being. It is that stable base that provides a sustainable flow of creative energy to realize any project.

Tell us about yourself

I have been working as an entrepreneur since 2004, and I didn't find a company or organization whose vision and mission matched mine. I had a clear vision of what I wanted to do and which change I wanted to create in the world, so the only option was to start my own business. A place where I had the freedom to create what I was here to create.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I feel it's not one big accomplishment. Sitting here, I realize that I was able to touch the hearts of thousands of people. Liberate them from their biggest fear and let them feel the courage to go after their wildest dreams, for I know that the accomplishment of their dreams is changing the world for the better. More freedom, more love, more connection, more joie de vivre.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

What I had to learn over the years is that growth is not a linear process. It's cyclic. There are times when it feels like everything is going smoothly and effortlessly. These phases are always followed by times of reflection and fine-tuning of my creation process. And then maybe the hardest thing I had to learn is to let my business go for a while. To allow me to rest and regenerate. Empty the 'space' for inspiration and clarity of my way forward. It is because my own surrendering to this cyclic process was so 'hard' I can teach and coach my clients so powerfully.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

What a nice question. For me, the number one tip for female entrepreneurs. Connect to the essence of being a woman. You are a cyclic, creative, magical being. Stop looking outward in society for ways to reach success. At this point, all you will find there are ways of doing business based only on a masculine perspective of growth. Highlighting only results, forgetting the process. This is a linear approach, which holds you captured in duality. Or you are failing, or you are succeeding. These hard switches in self-confidence and self-esteem are exhausting. The female perspective is softer, milder, with so much more love. Growing your business is like moving on a spiral. You move through different phases, like the seasons of the year. I want you to know you're always growing. Just show up. Treating every phase as an equal part of this magical, creative process. So you can deeply relax and FULLY enjoy the adventurous Journey your business takes you on.
