What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work as a body-mind, coach, and personal trainer at a state-of-the-art Facility in Los Angels that I own. Our focus has been Athletes, Film, and music industry people.

Tell us about yourself

I started as a trainer after I was injured as a high-level athlete. I continued my education and started a personal training school in Stockholm, Sweden. I love what I do and wouldn’t want to do anything else.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

That’s hard to say. I am proud of Personal Training School Stockholm, but I am also really proud of XChange.Fit my gym. I also trained many of the Marvel characters, including Iron Man himself. On the athletic side, I’ve trained several World champion pro boxers like Kid Chocolate and Mike Alvarado. I love working with athletes.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think the hardest part of being a business owner is balancing your profits with your services. You always want to give the best possible service, but you also have to know that you have to make a profit worthy of the services you provide.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Before you start a business, understudy someone who has a similar business to learn the pitfalls and tricks.
  2. When planning for the future, always have a plan for best and worst-case scenarios.
  3. Plan on working a lot harder and longer hours than you ever imagined.
