I am a henna artist & resin artist.
Tell us about yourself
Since I was a child, I have always been artistic and visually creative. I would see art in anything and everything I’d see. I would re-design my clothes & shoes, knit, photograph, and sketch. It wasn’t until 2018 which I found my passions, henna, and epoxy resin art. I have found my calling and true purpose in life. Each day is a day to make the world, as well as someone feel and look beautiful. What inspires me is the beauty of the world. I take inspiration from it and recreate one-of-a-kind functional artworks and tattoo designs that are uniquely yours.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a new business owner is to obtain secure lines of credit, suppliers, and filing for an LLC, along with business insurance and employees.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is doing everything alone. It’s important that business owners have a team of professionals to assist them with tasks such as website design, social media reach, marketing & advertising, accounting, and other operational aspects of the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I would recommend obtaining a business checking account to separate your personal expenses from business expenses.
