What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Quantum Expansion & Multidimensional Business Mentor and work with conscious visionary leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs to align their energetic field to become magnetic powerhouses and help them unlock their potential, so they receive greater levels of prosperity & happiness while fulfilling their deepest purpose in life. I currently have two businesses, Elevate U and Brand Fame.

Tell us about yourself

Growing up, I followed a traditional path of going to college, getting my MBA, and working at a large corporate company. But after a life-changing trip to Nepal, I quit my well-paying corporate branding job at Nestle to go on a self-discovery journey. That was when I decided I needed to discover what brought me happiness, fulfillment, and joy. I first started my business helping businesses and entrepreneurs with branding strategy. It was something I was good at, and I really enjoyed it, as I loved seeing my clients flourish. During this time, I also fell in love with learning about spirituality and energy work as I worked through healing my own subconscious blocks and beliefs, which helped my business grow. Then in 2019, one of my mentors at the time invited me to a Quantum Healing Certification in Costa Rica. This training opened up a whole new dimension to my business and helped me tap into my greater purpose and mission. Now, I absolutely love working with my clients to recalibrate their energetic field and help align them to their true essence, purpose, and power while helping them create true abundance in all aspects of their lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Often, businesses can get caught up in focusing on financial achievements as a measure of success. But that's only one aspect of life. I believe that personal fulfillment and happiness are the true measures of a well-lived life. Over my journey as a business owner, I've been blessed to have found my purpose and to be able to make a profound impact on the clients I serve. From the work we've done together, I have watched them be able to bravely let go of the old subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs to create new careers, expand their businesses, show up unapologetically, step into their purpose, become fully self-expressed, and more. Being able to help others unlock their potential to create businesses and lives they love is my biggest accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I strongly believe that your business can only grow to the extent you grow. And because of this, as a business owner, you have to be willing to heal your subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs. It's not always an easy process. And many challenges will arise. But all of it is an opportunity to evolve into the best version of yourself. I'm really proud of who I've become since I started this journey.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on building a business you absolutely LOVE. Building a business takes a lot of courage and resiliency. And it should never just be about the money. When you focus on building a business you love, you are able to overcome any obstacles that come your way because nothing will stand in your way, AND your potential clients will be able to feel the passion behind your business. People buy from companies with heart and business owners who exude the love of their work because they know that the owners have their best interests in mind.
  2. Trust and build unshakeable belief in yourself. The key to success is fully trusting yourself, God / Universe / Source, and having a strong belief in the power of your work. When you KNOW without a doubt that you are amazing at what you do and that your success is inevitable, you show up more confidently, which makes potential clients more confident in you. If you haven't built up that trust or the unshakeable belief in yourself, definitely look at receiving support from a mentor who can help you heal and release your blocks so that you are 10000000% confident in what you do.
  3. Don't be afraid to pivot. Evolution is inevitable, and with your business, it will morph and change over time. I see many people afraid to pivot when they feel an internal nudge to do so, and they end up trying to force their business to work. Energetically this creates resentment, internal conflicts, and imbalances in the business that can be felt by potential clients. The most successful companies had pivoted when it was time, even when it felt hard. But in the end, they were able to create an even better company by being brave enough to make a change in direction.
