What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a mindset and wellness coach! My customers are women and moms in their mid-thirties to mid-fifties who want to lose weight and reclaim their lives!
Tell us about yourself
After having my son three years ago, I had horrible postpartum depression and anxiety, which led to Hashimoto’s diagnosis. I had gained 35 lbs because of it and had the hardest time losing it. I spent 2.5 years searching for answers and finally found her one year ago. Rachel Scheer showed me what gut health was, and she healed me and my disease by fixing my gut and rebalancing my hormones.
After hearing my mentor Wes Watson speak at an event, it was clear I needed and wanted to pay this healing forward to other women. So I started my own coaching program with Wes’s guidance. Every day I remember how much I suffered, and I know so many women are suffering the same. All I want is to provide relief to them, help them find themselves again, and feel powerful and sexy again!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping almost 143 women in 5 months get their health back!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Growing. Constantly evolving. Always learning and getting better so I can be better for my clients.
