What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a digital offer & marketing coach, speaker, retreat leader & the creator of multiple mastermind groups. I help female CEOs, and impact-driven brands step into their worth and find clarity and confidence in their businesses through embodying mindset shifts, high-ticket 6-7 figure offers, strategic marketing, and authentic sales.

Tell us about yourself

I genuinely believe I was put on this earth to show you that no matter where you are in life right or what you've been through, your abundance is waiting for you on the other side of fear. But it took a lot of discomfort, pain, and hustle for me to get here. From my constant struggles as a child, trying to fit in as the tallest one in the room, to my personal and professional relationships that made me feel small only to question my own self-worth, I never felt like I was good enough. As a result, I was trapped in a loop of limiting beliefs that didn't serve my highest power and only held me back.

When I got to the corporate world, I thought things were finally going to turn for the better. I found solace in climbing the corporate ladder during the day while going to grad school at night. But after spending eight years building someone else's dream only to have everything stripped away with an abrupt layoff, I knew the only dream I would ever work for, go forward, would be my own. One day in the early stages of my business, a light bulb went off. I was at a conference, and the woman on stage said, "MAYBE THOSE MOUNTAINS WERE PUT THERE SO YOU COULD SHOW OTHERS THEY COULD BE MOVED." I realized that all the rejection, the constant struggle, and the yearning for more was truly my REDIRECTION.

I was put here to empower other women to step into their magic. So, I did what any embodied CEO would do. I picked myself up, dusted myself off, and hustled hard to create this brand to help other ambitious women believe in their worth so they could scale their businesses to 6 figures and beyond.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been inside of the results of my clients, certainly building a mastermind created the foundation to do so, and I am incredibly proud of that, but seeing women from varying industries create high ticket offers and step into their worth more deeply into their passions and so intuitively start becoming more self-aware makes me immensely proud that I am giving women a greater voice and making strides for our conscious world to be a better place through their creations, supporting their clients and embodying positive change.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Money. A money mindset is a struggle for most people, and I am no exception. The roller coaster financially that one takes on as an entrepreneur is both scary and exhilarating. Knowing that you are in control can sometimes create a sense of fear; however, when we become more aware of our conditioning, the money stories that we believe but are inherently not true and ultimately flip the script, we regain our power and can come from a place of impact without fear of money, as when it comes down to it…is only an exchange of energy.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find your uniqueness; this is what will set you apart always. The world needs your voice.
  2. Be curious.
  3. Always ask yourself…is this decision being made from my ego or my highest self. Your intuition will never lead you astray.
