Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Cassandra Biltz, Founder of Success From Within, LLC., located in Akron, OH, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm an intuitive business coach for driven female entrepreneurs who tend to take on too much, leaving them feeling overworked and lacking boundaries, joy, and ease in their businesses and life.

Tell us about yourself

I started business coaching in 2021 after building and scaling a successful online virtual health coaching business! I loved that work, but I found, after many years, that I was more passionate about the business side of things than the actual health side of things. I transitioned to business coaching because I absolutely love to help women create businesses they enjoy that remind them of their inherent power and allow them to bring their gifts to the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Honestly, building two businesses I love while being a mom to two little boys! (4 and 1).

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, it's been learning to release the struggle. Most of society preaches that we need a struggle story to have a success story, and learning to let that belief system go has been challenging. Business gets to be easy and fun if we let it! But learning to allow that ease and fun in can require some retraining of our beliefs and long-held constructs.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Never underestimate the power of the compound effect. Small things that are done consistently add up to big results, and they matter SO much. Fall in love with the process, and if you don't enjoy what you're doing, find a way to make it fun!
  2. You're already enough. God (the universe, source) created you with the blueprint to carry out all your desires and dreams. Your job isn't to try and be someone else or "figure it out" logically; your job is to relax and let your gifts come forward. Everything you need to know is within you.
  3. Don't do your business just about making money; make it about a bigger mission. When you create a business from the foundation of a strong mission, you'll avoid the trap of chasing money and find long-lasting fulfillment and success.
