What's your business, and who are your customers?

Zev Young Sales Coaching, LLC is dedicated to making sales professionals first in class at sales. We offer 1:1 coaching, Group Sales Training programs, Executive Leadership Sales Training, and Sales Keynote. Our customers are individuals, companies, and sales leaders that are looking to level up their sales game and develop new simplified sales skills.

Tell us about yourself

I have a deep-rooted passion for all things sales. Sales come from developing, maintaining, and cultivating relationships that matter. As a framework, I have adopted a simple-yet-intricate sales method called "The Falvey Sales Approach," which can help one become more confident and enthusiastic about sales and the sales process. -Relationships Matter!

For the past 20 years, I have interviewed, studied, and researched many of the best salespeople, innovators, teachers, and business leaders. I have worked with and at large and small companies with a keen focus on product launch, customer interaction, and closing for actionable business. I have gone through several sales training, management, and developmental courses and have been a sales representative and district manager. Currently, I am a professor of sales for the "Effective Selling" course (PRS-339) at Bentley University and am a Certified Professional Sales Coach. I have been able to master what I have learned in the real world with real people and apply these practices to sales situations. My method works!

During my career, I have learned and implemented strategies for leveling up and becoming a better salesperson, communicator, and personal marketer. These strategies will help any salesperson make lasting relationships in business, understand sales and sales techniques from a different perspective, and allow one to make more money and achieve long-term success in their sales role.

I am dedicated to teaching, coaching, and development. Each of these roles has given me the opportunity to help many salespeople and has taught me what works-and, what doesn't-and what it takes to set and achieve both personal and professional sales goals. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping people realize their maximum potential with regard to sales and the sales process. We all sell something every day, and it's my job to unleash everyone's ability to sell.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The self-doubt. The fear of losing and rejection.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
