What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help our clients create a business that works without them. And we have two target customers, one that’s 20 million that want to get to 50 million. And then the less than 1 million, so less than 1 million, are focused on BrainSHARE
Online, an E-learning platform that gives you the educational systems you need to grow your business. And then the 20 million to 50 million is the one-on-one aspect of it where I dive in specifically into your business.
Tell us about yourself
What first motivated me to do this was in 2008, during the recession, when I watched so many businesses crash and burn. I knew I could help them. And what motivates me every day is seeing a client improve their business and achieve their goals.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Taking a business from a 2 million valuation to a 22 million valuation in two and a half years.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Brain share. So as a business owner, you've got to have your brain in many different places. And this is what brain share is all about. Sometimes you’ve got to be the CEO, sometimes you’ve got to be the VP of marketing or sales, and you have to manage all these roles. So, you need to think differently. And that's the hardest thing about being a business owner, and that's why we've created the ultimate business framework.
