The clock never stops turning. The ability to leave it at work. Any business owner feels the pressure to always be involved, be present, and be working. Having the ability to 'turn off' is critical long-term.
Running a business is just a skill to learn, but the personal growth that comes along with it is both challenging and rewarding. I've been inspired to grow in ways I never would have if I hadn't stepped onto this path.
The number one person in your support system has to be you (you need to keep clapping even when no one else is), but also know who your numbers 2 and 3 are. You will need them.
Make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. If you don't truly enjoy what you're doing or believe that it's possible, you likely won't see long-term success.
