What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work as a Brand Strategist and Consultant in the Internet Marketing space; I specialize in assisting entrepreneurs, brands, and service businesses in creating effective sales funnels and marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales in their particular industries. Tell us about yourself

In the past, I worked as a consultant for salons and spas with a focus on client acquisition and retention. My approach included a combination of organic social media posts and targeted paid advertising campaigns. I also provided staff training on delivering exceptional customer service experiences, both in-person and online.

Recently, I've been working with clients to elevate their online customer experience by implementing an automated SMS text messaging appointment booking system along with automated educational email marketing campaigns featuring promotional products and service offers.

My business philosophy has always been centered on the idea that "A Satisfied Customer Is The Best Business Strategy Of All." Whether working for myself or others, I am dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes, and I'm continuously improving both myself and my business.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have honed the skill of launching brands into the market by positioning them in the hands of the right customers to achieve their desired results. My expertise in this area was acquired through my work experience as a luxury retail sales consultant, along with my collaboration with several marketing agencies promoting consumer goods for beauty, wellness, and fashion products. I have worked on promotional product marketing campaigns for various brands via different channels, including magazine advertisements, eCommerce applications, health and beauty expos, fashion shows, as well as television and radio networks.

Before starting any new business venture, it's important to do market research to make sure there is enough validation and demand for the product or service you want to create and sell. Doing so will help to reduce the risk of failure and increase your chances of making sales to the right audience in the marketplace.

Once you have identified your target market or ideal prospect, you need to put in place a sales funnel that attracts leads and converts them into customers. An example of this could include

  1. Creating an opt-in form or landing page.
  2. An automated email sequence that offers educational content calls to book a strategy session or to buy a product.
  3. Creating your audience message and product offers depends on the type of market you are targeting, the goals you are trying to help them reach, and the problems you want to help them solve.
